We have been in the remodeling business since 1986. At this time the owner began as an apprentice to a home building contractor constructing custom homes. Phil quickly mastered his carpentry skills, then moved on to remodeling his first home, later becoming a State licensed contractor. At the age of 20

he started focusing his skills and developing his sharp eye for detail restoring Victorian homes.

Historical architectural restoration

Phil quickly realized: To do historical architectural restoration, it would take a whole new set of skills. Then he mastered the art of custom trim restoration, as the Victorian era millwork was no longer available.

He began specialty milling to match the trim, crown molding, and baseboards. Phil also started fabricating replacement window parts as well as doors and oak thresholds.

Additions and Remodeling

In early 1990  he turned attention to room additions and kitchen remodeling. Utilizing all his new abilities Phil quickly became known as one of the best remodelers in his field. At this time, it seemed like everyone needed more living space in which an extra bathroom was the most requested. Next was updating Kitchens as most were the 1950s original we developed a streamlined remodeling process to save time. Streamlining resulted in money savings passed on to our customers.

Bathrooms

We also began remodeling in Tampa utilizing the latest trends in bathroom designs. Experimenting with new techniques and materials has resulted in a durable mold-resistant bathroom that will last a lifetime. We build using only the latest in moisture resistant backing and underlayment and always have our eye on the newest tile trends.

Repairs

We offer a number of options when it comes to repairs, many times we can fix what you have. We can solve most toilet problems with new parts. The same goes for leaking drains and faucets.
